Has anyone else gained a little during the holidays?

Well, I wasn't paying close enough attention and gained a little but now I'm trying to get back on track. I found myself using food as a comfort for my emotional break-up lose of  GF.
But the great thing is I am aware, I have a positive and confident outlook,  a great tool and some very serious WLS family and friends that support me.
I got to get my Tuxedo shirt cleaned for New Year's Eve!

Hey Bard - I bounced, but stayed within my "safe" zone.

I had a very small regain but it's off today.  Just a couple of days of compliance and you'll be back there.

The weather was bad, didn't go for as many walks as I like, worked a bunch and did not make it to the "Y" like I normaly do but I'm back on track now!!!

I actually lost a few that I need to regain.  Never thought that would happen in a million years!!  lol

Sounds like you caught yourself and are back on track.  You'll get them back off in no time!!

I totally understand about comfort food and emotions.  My oldest daughter is going thru a messy divorce and it is taking a toll on my wife and I.  Just keep your eye on the ball.

You had to bring this up Bard !!!  LOL   I have gained a few from the holiday's and added stress that my kids have ( and still are ) bringing to my life not to mention my gallbladder surgery.     That surgery is NOT a excuse though....really none of it is.   Haven't got my Christmas gift yet....I am joining 24 hour fitness after the 1st and I am going to work my butt off and get my weight and body where I want it to be if it kills me.....and it might just do that.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

I lost a few pounds too. I found that the respiratory bug works
wonders. Just lay on the coach and cough up a lung and some pounds
left too. They may be back but it was great to see the scale
below 150. I couldn't believe it. I think I am beyond
being contagious or I would gladly pass it around....LOL
