Last day of 2009...we've made it a whole year on this post!  Thanks for getting it started Steph!

Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee downed
breakfast casserole leftovers
chicken salad for lunch
another protein drink
pulled pork, layered veg. salad, bruschetta and who kows what else for dinner/NYE event

December sure decimated me!  So I am off to the races and got a bit of  a headstart on trying to get it back down.  Not sure the food plan, but I took out another container of my black eyeds since I decimated the first one already.  My main focus for at least 4 more days is protein and fiber,since that is really what the body needs.

Yesterday was a Hellacious food day......I wasn't satisfied with anything and I grazed like a horse.  Blah!

I'm probably going to fly by the seat of my pants until I go grocery shopping this weekend and PREPARE good foods.  I need to get in a good mindset, somehow.

Wow.... 2009 has been a year.... good and bad!!!  I can't believe this is it!!!!  However, I have to say that I'm looking forward to 2010!!!

A couple more days, then it's time to get serious again.  Today doesn't count and I work the weekend so I'll start in earnest on Monday.  Now to set some goals for 2010.
