I've been eyeing a turquoise and brown comforter at Kohls and hinting that I really want that for our bedroom but no luck yet!

I aced my test last night and now am on a school break till 18th Jan.  Yeah!!  Like many of youm my plans the next few days are clean, clear and plan....my house, my kitchen and my mind. 

I saw half price books has their entire store 20% off, must make a rip today to pick up some casual fun reading material as I escape text books for a while.

Blane is working and we've been invited to a family, friendly get-together but depending on the weather we may just stay home.

Another crazy day in paradise! Gotta love it!

I'm still trying to have the kids commit to where they are going to be tomorrow. Kaylee has said that she loves going to LL's (yes- my sullen teen- who would have thought? I mean the girl doesn't like anyone! lol) No idea what Chase is doing, the girls have said something about fireworks with their uncle....   I'm feeling kind of like Abraham, Isaac, and the other two brothers in the Bible who got scattered to all four corners of the earth.

The closet is still winning! I have GREAT plans to get it cleaned as SOON as I get off of this computer! Wish me luck! I know that I am NOT a little kid but I believe in closet monsters and I am scared of him right now! hehe

my 13 yr old grand-daughter is in the 'sullen' stage... lol.... we call her a 'mean'ager to her face.... she gives her mom and stepdad a hard time with the stares, huffs and ticked off for no reason at all stuff going on.... so far though Granny doesn't have to put up with it... LOL  Someday I'm sure she'll try it all on me.... but I've been there done that, can do it again.... LOL
