Agree with everyone's comments about ways to refocus and work on accountability. Also agree that daily exercise is key -- 30 minutes of real effort helps a lot.
But if all that is not enough: I have been going to Weigh****chers along with my partner. She wanted to try it to lose weight but didn't want to go to meetings by herself. She has been very successful, and I like the system too. It really helps you learn portion control. It's much easier to be happy with those smaller portions when you have the WLS tool we have. I love the weekly support groups and weigh-ins -- again, they help keep me FOCUSED and ACCOUNTABLE. They also have a great website with a lot of info on it. At $40/month I think it's worth it.
