TUESDAY GRATEFUL POST

 Not sure where Ramon is but I miss this as I am sure many more of you do.    SO I am going to post for him till he decides to resurface.

Grateful that the holiday's are almost over.    Grateful for the holiday season although I usually make not so good food choices....that just proves that I am human.    Grateful for a chance to live my life as a "normal" size person.   Grateful for  family, friends, OH, support groups, WLS, grateful for my life and health.

For a New Year-New Decade-for NEW BEGINNINGS!

That Christmas is over!!

That God is good all the time!

That I have a nice warm house..

That I have the energy and stamina to take down my Christmas Decorations and pack them up again when last year I couldn't even put them up and didn't care to...

That I have you all, my sweet TMB/OH family for support and friendship!
