more water (OMG have gotten on the diet dr pepper wagon since bein at mom's, thankfully dont have that at Loralea's!)

i KNOW how to make this work. .. and i kNOW we can do this!!!!!! Im not totally outta control, YET but i REFUSE REFUSE REFUSE to go backwards ya know??? Im really trying to stay focused on learning from the past and moving forward!

i'm with the rest of yous guys! lol
I do believe that I am heavier this year than I was last year this time. Wait, I KNOW I AM. I let myself be okay with the 60's and that is just not okay. It's not the number itself, it's how I feel physically. So with that, I have a plan to get back to 155 or less this first month of 2010.
I had a really good day yesterday with pretty much only protein and some high fiber beans. I am going to continue to get prepared with more cooking this week so there are no excuses starting out the year.
This morning at 5am, I had my eggs with a bit of sausage and some cheese. It's almost 11 and I am snackin on some ham and cheese and start crankin in the liquids.
Karla, I am so glad we are going to keep this up. We all need it.
