LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY ON A TRAINER HELP!
I don't know about a trainer... but there are several support groups in the metroplex, ranging from formal to not-so-formal to just getting together for breakfast every couple of weeks....
Just keep an eye out on here, for several of these meetings a few days before each one someone posts on here the where/when/why info...

You should definitely have no trouble finding a support group!
As for a trainer..... since money is an issue I am curious as to why it is important to you. I have never spent money on a trainer and it doesn't keep me from exercising safely. What level are you starting at? With a little more info, there are some very knowledgeable folks on here who can guide you on where to start and what you can work up to.
Good luck!
