The one thing that I hope it is not...is a profused (SP??) hemorrhoid...those things hurt like a mofo, and the only way to get rid of it is...in the office of proctologist....and yes, it will hurt and itch at the beginning, but you will be so much better afterward.  Been there and done that several times...
