3 days to go for this year...then we're into 2010 and our FOREVER battle with the food and scale!
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee..being downed now
another protein drink
unsure for lunch...we'll be out running around
leftovers for dinner...probably Tijuana casserole

I have just been grabbing food to go, no planning. I'm very thankful the scale has been kind as I know the carbs are higher than I need and the protein is not high enough. I just cannot get into a routine lately, if I do one thing then the other slides.

Yogurt for breakfast
SF pudding/jello and/or orange for snacks
Ham and broccoli w/cheese for lunch
protein shake for dinner if not earlier
oh yeah, I still have some sausage and cheese balls!!

For lunch: Healthy choice-Beef Bourbon Dijon-/it is beef with roasted sweet taters/caulifwr and peach crisp for dessert 17 g protein
which I will leave off to shave off the carbs 17 g carb

Dinner: leftover turkey breast and salad with lite dressing. SF popcyle or SF Jello pudding for snacks with lots of water! Not sure of the calories on that but will keep calories below 1000! That is my goal for today! Good luck and prayers for all~ Annette
As I do most every year, I bought a new scale. Nothing fancy but it's a fresh start. Sure didn't show me what I wanted to see, but i will see it go down. My clothes is very uncomfortable and that speaks louder than anything.
So today -
ribeye steak I found on quick sale
pot of black eyed peas that I will need to cook
eggs and cheese.
not sure the order or when . I will also measure out my 100 oz of water and make sure that goes down.

Dinner was a grilled cheese DH made... baby swiss w/ whole grain 45 calorie Sara Lee Bread.
And I will admit it... I ate two single pieces of Dove Chocolate today. I used them to chase the nasty iron pill taste out of my mouth, and another after I took my B12. This unflavored water thing is not gonna work for me very long.....
