Just a few more days until January...guess we need a January name so throw some out there.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
4 sausage cheese balls
another protein drink
Not sure on lunch...eating out or at MIL's for Christmas
dinner: leftover Tijuana Casserole from last night (lots of gr. chuck & other protein in it)

What's your plan?

I am slowing weaning myself off the crap (word of the day) around here but it's still available.  My 'fat' jeans were dried in the dryer and even those are tugging a bit. OY.

Tonight is our Christmas with my brother and sister in law when Emm gets back from Houston.  Nothing outrageous foodwise but it's just not what I should be eating.

For the January name I'm thinking "Judgement January" or "Jump back on track January".. or "just do it'...

Matters not, just need the accountability

This whole thread started last January with "Jumpstart January" didn't it?  I can't believe we made it a whole year.  Thank you Karla for starting it each and every morning cuz even tho only a few of us post, a lot of people read.
