Good Morning My WLS Family,

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and that you were all able to be with your loved ones.  We had a wonderful day with Tim and Jon yesterday.  Once again Jon was a little overwelmed but he made it.  He will head back sometime this morning I guess.  He has to work.  I need to get out today and get a few groceries.  Jon drinks a lot of juice and all I have in orange so need to get some different kinds.  Plan to take the tree down at some point today.  Cant wait.  I always love putting it up but I sure do love taking it down once the season is over.  I am a little nervous about have Jon all week.  If you think about it say a little extra prayer for me this week.  I'm pretty sure it will be ok but the extra prayer will make it ok.  I am just not used to having a little one around.  He is a pretty good little boy though.  Guess we will wait and see.  I made enchaladas last night as that was Tim's request for Christmas dinner.  They were good.  Well guess that is it for now!  Prayers this morning for those traveling, those that need healing, and those that are still looking for work!  Have a blessed day,  Love you guys

Morning, folks.  How's every little thing with you today?

Our Christmas won't be over until today, as our company couldn't get here on Friday because of the weather.  In a way, it feels much more relaxed doing it this way.

One of our dogs, Tillie, moved in with us over 13 years ago when someone moved away and abandoned her.  She wasn't abused, but more neglected, and didn't realize we were talking to HER.  She spoiled up quickly, though.  Learned what a cookie was in one brief lesson and then took over the middle of the bed.  We noticed a few days ago that she had an infected tooth.  The vet gave her antibiotics and a few other things to bring the infection down so he could pull the tooth in a few weeks. Walking out of the kitchen and into the living room yesterday morning, she dropped dead.  Just like that.  I still don't believe it happened.  I'm sad, but also grateful that she found us to live with.  She had a good, well-loved life.

Okay, enough sniffling.  I hope everyone has a good day today. Thanks for being here.

So sorry to hear about Tillie.  Our furbabies are like our family so I definately feel your pain.  Sounds like you gave her a wonderful life.

oh my gosh... how awful.. I am so sorry for your loss.  Our dogs are so much a part of our family.  Sounds like the you guys were a blessing to Tillie as she was to you.  Nothing like the unconditional love of a pet, especially dogs.

Oh I am sorry about your furbaby! I have a 14 year old poodle, Curly Sue, and I know that we will be just heartbroken when she goes...My DH and I talk to each other thru the dog all the time. We will say, "Curly, tell Daddy so and so" or Momma. lol! I am ready to get the tree and all the decorations out of here but g-kids are coming Monday to open their present so I will leave it up till after that. Personally I am glad that Christmas is over! It is such a challenge with all the food around! I am thankful that I didn't get sick but I deserved to be because I ate WAY TO MUCH! Bad girl! Have fun spoiling the little one, Michelle! Prayer to all and safe travels for all that are still out there. Love yall! Annette
