Totally OT - tooth pain help!

Believe it or not ( yes right up there with the sausage and cheese balls) I've never had a toothache or an ear ache. I am such a cry baby when it comes to pain. I saw my kids go through ear infections and omg! it was horrendous! I truly feel for you!!! When I had braces, I would tense up so bad when they would tighten them, but they never really hurt you know.

Now going for a teeth cleaning, um that's a different story, my teeth are sensitive! I have to have them warm up the water because cold water makes me feel like they have just put a can of air duster on my teeth!! Arctic cold!!

Get it looked at as quickly as you can girile!!

WOW on the never had ear or tooth pain! I will prolly call the dentist in the am and see if i can beg/whine my way in!

Geez girl we're all fallin' apart. Your tooth hurtin' and my ears. I am definitely calling Dr. K. in the morning as this has to be a sinus infection. I'm all congested as my face feels like one of those puffer fish! I've been trying to make myself yawn in hopes that right ear will "pop" and give me some relief but been tryin' that for the past two days with no relief! WAAHHH!!!! The only thing the yawning does is give me a "watery" sound in that ear while the left one pops clear each time. I feel like a bike that my hubby has put together that once you start to pedal, the wheels and everything else start coming off.

Hope you get some relief soon....

Oh are you lucky. Earache sucks, I lived with it as a child so when my babies complain I know what they are going through.

LOL, Nina .. I've been tempted to put the Dremel tool to work in my own mouth, sometimes! (hey, they make attachments for that little thing for ALL kinds of jobs)

Toothache from he$$................well - there are 2 places that I can't tolerate PAIN at all........

#1) Teeth
#2) ears !!

I feel for ya..............wished I had the magic remedy - but I'm with Paul...........go to your MD - you may just have a simple infection...........antibiotics may help with that pain a little and subside it until you can get to a dentist !! May be cheaper at first.........but you may just need to end up at the Dentist girl !!

I'm having teeth issues too! The back upper side on the left.....I grind my teeth too. I went to the dentist and he couldn't see anything wrong. Because I brush my teeth hard (I know but they don't feel clean unless I do) I've got some gum-tooth separation on top.

No dental here either......$350 later it is still bothering me.

Liz, I hate teeth problems too. But, I will tell you I was having ear ache problems, I thought it was my ears.. I went to doc he said, it was a tooth. I went to a dentist, he said no not the teeth. I walked around in pain for another 3 weeks. My glands swelled up, I was miserable. I went to another dentist. He pointed out a abscessed tooth that was so rotten, that when he touched it, it feel apart. I was so made at the one dentist. The others are right, don't let it go on for too long. Go to the medical doctor, tell him you don't have any dental. He will probably give you some antibiotics until you can get to the dentist. It is worth a try. Once you get those antibiotics in you, you will feel better right away. I hope you feel better soon. :)
