Wii Fit Plus vs EA Sports?

We got a Wii for Christmas and want to invest in something for working out.  I've hear bits and pieces about Wii Fit, but nothing about EA Sports for the Wii other than commercials.

Does anyone have it and if so, what do think about it?  Is it worth the money, a good burn, etc?

 Lisa.....I have a Wii Fit I have played a handful of times.   Not that much fun to me.    I like My Fitness Coach ( game) it gives you a good workout.   You might to go Gamestop and see if they will let you play around with one of  the games to see what YOU think before you buy it.   Good luck.
