Well here we are 362 days into our accountability posting...Yeah...we've almost made it a whole year.  Thanks Steph for getting us cranked up last year about this time...I think it's been beneficial or no telling where some of us (me possibly) might have been wt. wise.  It helps us take it off at times and maintain at others.  Keeps us from gaining too much at times.  It's a GOOD thing!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
leftovers I guess for lunch...depends on if I'm back home or not
Chicken, salad, snacks at Independence Bowl party for dinner

Whoop!

What's your plan?

Hard to believe it's been almost a year!!!

Today, I'm off work so I'll be getting ready for the week with lot's of cooking (after I clean up the kitchen that is....)

B-Starbuck's Skinny Van Latte (a treat!!!)
S-Banana
L-Chili's (daughter is treating me, so it will be fajitas, no tortillas)
S-Protein drink
D-ham and the fixings - so won't be a low calorie day, back on track with everything starting tomorrow

Surprise for me...   I jumped on the scale yesterday and today just to check - I've actually LOST 3 lbs. and back to where I'm supposed to be.  This, in spite of three days of family dinners and traveling... Go figure!   I will say that overall, I ate healthy away from home with lot's of salad and some ham (expected water retention, but nothing so far).  Did drink lot's of hot tea and water to combat the salt....

I have to agree.  I am very glad this post made it all year. I am certainly in much worse shape weight wise than I was a year ago, but I know I would probably not even care had I not had this accountability and all you gals to support me and kick me in the butt when I need it.

And boy do I need it these days.  Going home this afternoon to the condo and I will have to regroup.  I just can't be around all of this food with no way to know how much I am getting in terms of protein, carbs and my water. And the junk that's here is just overwhelming. I eat it simply because I can, not even because I want it.

So I do certainly hope we can keep it going and I will try to be a backup for you Karla, if you can't get posting.
