I bounced all the way up to 147 after Christmas dinner, but didn't panic. Just pushed my protein and water and exercise the next few days and not only did it work, but I hit a new "low" in my weight. I am absolutely I could do this over a holiday - but I'll take it !
Hugs, M

You CAN do this, you're right! Even tho you had a fairly crappy holiday (with not being able to get up to OKC for Christmas). Time to get back up on that horse and go work that tool!!!
Just repeat many times a day...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it...I CAN do it!

[Actually I was at 148 a week and a half ago, but evidently I am incapable of resisting my own baking, or my MIL's wonderful baking. All those Christmas cookies did me in! Glad they're out of the house now.]
My one-year surgiversary was two days ago. I am now not only at goal but one pound below. Woo hoo! A heartfelt thanks to all of you who have helped me with your advice and support, again and again, along the way.
My family is now saying stuff to me like "don't lose any more weight" -- but I have no intention of stopping until my BMI is in the normal range for my height. That's another four pounds that need to come off. So I'm still with you on the journey, sistas ... then maintenance will be the scariest part of all.
You've done wonderfully! I just need to get back on track, but now I sound like a broken record.......been saying that for weeks now!
Hugs, Mari
ummmm.......NORMAL?!?!?! YOU?!?1? That's like ME being NORMAL!!!!
