Recipe.. Sausage & Cheese Balls
We postponed Christmas Dinner until Sat...but the highways going through the Arbuckles according to the Oklahoma Highway patrol report were still BAD !!!

He was so exhausted and nervous - got into town - said hello and left again...they said..............

Nina, I make them every year and have used a variety of recipes for the plain old sausage cheese balls with different proportions of sausage to cheese and bisquick. Here's my favorite:
3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. Hot sausage
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Mix well (usually have to get your hands in there) and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 325 for I think 8-10 minutes. Don't overbake, especially since you may have to reheat to serve. They freeze well.
