Leg pain after surgery
So I'm having some knee pain after my surgery. Its mostly in the back of my right knee in the lower half of the joint. There is no swelling, no redness. It is a little tender to the touch but nothing like trying to lift myself with it. It doesn't hurt all the time, mostly when I try to get up. I'm wondering if it might be a clot or if it is more likely I twisted it a little doing olympic gymnastics to get out of bed right after surgery...
In any case I'm calling my Dr. tomorrow.

Hopefully it isn't a blood clot, but could be...I would call the surgeon today or go to the hospital. You don't wait a day on a blood clot. They can be life threatening. Take care of yourself.

Call your doctor TODAY! There should be an emergency number to call, or better yet go to the ER and get checked out. Is it warm to the touch? Clots happen and they can be serious, please don't take a chance.
