Decimate December-The Day After

We all survived Christmas Day!

Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee  being downed
another protein drink
breakfast burrito...told my guys I'd cook for them
leftover something for lunch...we have plenty to pick from
haven't decided on dinner yet...better shop in the freezer!

What's your plan?

I did better yesterday than planned. It certainly wasn't great but at least I didn't graze ALL day like I thought I would. 

Breakfast: turkey sandwich
Lunch: one beef fajita, about 7 chips, one slice pecan pie
Dinner: bowl of homemade turkey noodle soup, slice apple pie.

Today??
I know we're going to Hailey's fancy restaurant for dinner other than that I have no plans.  Probably another turkey sandwich for breakfast and hopefully shopping all day and forgetting about lunch.

Good Morning!!

Hmm I think, well I did bad  yesterday! My times were thrown off!  Had been up since 3 am.

Had
early breakfast oatmeal with banana
breakfast scrambled egg with bacon
coffee
shrimp and clams
an orange
CL Lemonade
2 tamales w/hot sauce

Today:
coffee
b-2 tamales
L-ham and broccoli & cheese
d-ham or protein shake
snack orange
lemonade

Good morning!  Going to try and decarb a bit for the next few days and concentate on my protein.  Now if I can just stay away from all the goodies I baked for 3 days!!!!!  I feel like a candy/cookie pusher!!  I keep telling everyone to eat one so I won't!!!!!

UGHHHHH!

had some itranitzi and eggs with one piece of toast.

lunch is brisket (maybe) or some ham and green beans

dinner is going to be more protein.

DID NOT get on the scale and I don't think I can even face it for a few days.  Probably best.

You know, I did manage to get on the scale and was pleasantly surprised as I had not done any damage :)   Today was more family get togethers (postponed from Christmas Eve with the snow storm).   So, tomorrow will be a new day :)
