ARGH Somebody Save me from the Chocolate Monster!
HELP me I'm covered in chocolate !!!!
SIL was going to buy pies for Christmas dinner, but she didn't order them in time so Mom volunteered me to bake them.... SIL went shopping and brought back stuff for Chocolate, Pineapple and Cherry pies.... AND.... So far this morning I've made Fantasy Fudge, Chocolate covered peanut clusters, white chocolate covered pretzels and peanut butter ritz crackers, and still haven't started the pies yet!

I had one day of testing out the waters on the sweets and, well, my belly was screaming hell the next day so I haven't touched it since. My kids are about ready to go crazy because they want to help ice and put sprinkles on the cookies but every time their hand goes to their mouth, I make them stop and go wash them! One of my kids was like, "mom, how can you NOT lick that icing off your fingers". I said, "easy...when I know how it will make me feel, there is NO WAY I want any part of THAT so it's not a problem." I made a huge batch of fudge and wouldn't DARE try it. Heck, just the smell of the chocolate makes me a bit sick to my stomach so can't wait to make up little goodie trays up for our neighbors and get it the heck out of the house!!!
