Merry Christmas Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

Yes even on Christmas morning I am up at 5:00 even when the rest of the family is still sleeping.  Mark's alarm went off, and I jumped out of bed.  He of course went back to sleep.  Going to have to remind him to shut it off today.  We plan to do one present a piece this morning (like Eric will do that) and of course Santa came last night so will do that as well.  We are planning to have our Christmas with Tim and John when they get here tomorrow but we will see how that goes. Vitamins are in, and have had my first cup of coffee.  Have a blessed day and remember the real reason for the season!  Love you guys.

OKay- now I'm awake! lol. I woke at 3 and couldn't go back to sleep-started the train, farmed on farmville and went back to sleep for a while. I love vacation!
We went to church last night of course and then watched White Christmas. I wanted to watch A Christmas Story but got outvoted! I watched part of it later after they went to bed. lol.
Dad's in the kitchen getting breakfast started. Jess, Mike, and Emily will get here around 8, we'll eat and then open gifts. I voted for opening gifts first but oh well. I'm just a kid at heart!

I hope everyone has a good Christmas with their family. I love you all!

Merry Christmas!  Blane and I are up too, waiting for the boys to get down to open presents and see what Santa brought.

We'll be here till around lunch so they can enjoy their gifts then off to MILs for lunch, back home then to my Mom's house for dinner.

Tomorrow we'll head to my Dad's house for lunch and a visit.  Santa bought 20 gage shotguns for the boys so Sunday morning Blane is bringing them duck hunting and I'll clean up this disaster of a house.

Good morning.  Merry Christmas!  Ben just got up so I guess we'll be opening presents soon.  I'm trying to get in liquids before we make our breakfast.

We'll go to my sister's and have Christmas with mom later this afternoon.  This is the first Christmas ever that we were home until afternoon.  I'm kinda looking forward to not having to get ready so early on Christmas day.  I have to make some corn (like Becky's but mine I put in oven instead of crockpot) and Ben has to grill his jalapenos when we get there but their ready to go to.

Prayers for all snowbound and that can't travel to see their families.  My friends the Boyce's from Livingston went to OK (Yukon) but couldn't make it to family and are sheltering in Norman.  I know they aren't very happy right now.

Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Karla

Merry Christmas Train!

WOOOOHOOOOO for Christmas!   Well, I hear tell ya'll got lots of the white stuff in the Metroplex.... we didn't get a blooming thing but rain rain and more rain here.... but that's okay, I didn't want to get out in it any way!  LOL

Prayers are going out to all that need them!

Everybody, sing!

Rocking around the Christmas tree
At the Christmas party hop
Mistletoe hung where you can see
Every couple tries to stop
Rocking around the Christmas tree,
Let the Christmas spirit ring
Later we'll have some pumpkin pie
And we'll do some caroling.

You will get a sentimental
Feeling when you hear
Voices singing let's be jolly,
Deck the halls with boughs of holly
Rocking around the Christmas tree,
Have a happy holiday
Everyone dancing merrily
In the new old-fashioned way.

Ya'll have a very Merry Christmas my friends!

Merry Christmas TMB family!!  Ok, my ultra organized self got up too early and finished too much yesterday so I'm sitting around listening to news and waiting for the sun to come up.  Our flight this afternoon leaves at 2:50, so we'll be at the airport around 12-12:30 and hang out till it's time to head to MD.  I'm so excited to see my parents I can hardly contain myself!  It's been six years since I've been up there, and Jeff has never been so it's going to be lots of fun.

Yesterday Jeff got off work early and we headed down to his parents before the roads froze.  We opened presents and had Christmas dinner before our Christmas Eve service.  I got some new SF syrups, Hazelnut and Irish Cream, a little espresso pot (stove top version), and a coffee grinder.  LOL, it's still makes me chuckle that before surgery I hated coffee, now I can't seem to get enough of it.  We also got a couple of new board games that we'll have to try out when we get home.  But the best thing was spending time with all of Jeff's family and getting to snuggle with baby Joseph.

My Christmas gift to myself was getting on the scale this morning and seeing 249.5!  I won't be weighing again till I get back from my trip, so seeing that today was extra special, as my goal for December was to get below 250.  That means I've lost 264.5 lbs, and I'm below that magical number that I don't remember being under ever.

I hope all of you have a day full of love, laughter and fun!  I'm going to thank everyone at the airport today for working on the holiday and making it possible for me to be able to see my family today.  What a blessing!  Merry Christmas all and I'll see many of you on New Year's Eve!
