lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed...working on more liquids
another protein shake
leftovers for lunch...chicken quesadilla or chicken salad
pork chops and veggie for dinner

I have had my coffee, about to make one to go so I can run a few errands.
Oatmeal with banana slices for breakfast

Ham for dinner

Good morning!!!!!  This week is going by too fast!!!!  So much to do these next few days!!!!   My tentative plan for today is:

B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: salmon
S: Believe RTD
D: leftover Turkey casserole

My attempts to get back on track before my surgeon visit is for nada.  Gee whiz, the christmas 'delights' have tempted me way too much this year.  I know he will be okay with where i am.  Five pounds difference from my lowest in 3 years. That's okay.

I will do my best to not overindulge over the holiday.  Aside from gumbo and tamales, there won't be lots of junk.
