lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
eating out for lunch
leftover chicken quesadillas for dinner

I've got a plan with a hole in it right now.  Going out to North Park for lunch, so I'm not sure what I'll have but it will be a good choice.

Protein coffee
Apple & mozzarella cheese stick
Fiber plus bar
Lunch out
Cottage cheese
Spicy Beanless chili w/ cheese

My plan it to try and remain in control for the next week.

Good Morning!!!  Been doing too much the past few days and I can tell I am more swollen today then I have been....ugh!!!   Getting a bit of a late start today as I couldn't sleep last night and then ended up sleeping late this morning!!!  My plan for today and really the rest of the week is to just make good choices!

Today:
B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: either Wendy's Chili or leftover Turkey casserole (depends on if I'm still out running around)
D: Fish and sweet potato
S: Inspire protein shake
