Good Morning!!! Been doing too much the past few days and I can tell I am more swollen today then I have been....ugh!!! Getting a bit of a late start today as I couldn't sleep last night and then ended up sleeping late this morning!!! My plan for today and really the rest of the week is to just make good choices!

B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: either Wendy's Chili or leftover Turkey casserole (depends on if I'm still out running around)
D: Fish and sweet potato
S: Inspire protein shake
