What to take for a head cold?

So I am 6 months post op and this is the first time I have had a head cold...I feel it coming on and I am wondering what over the counter medicine I should take? I don't handle sugar or pills well. Any suggestions to get ride of the headache, stuff nose, sneezing, and runny nose?

Sudafed but the one you have to go to the pharmacy counter to get.

I take both Nyquil and Sudafed with no problems. I don't know if either contain sugar or not cuz I don't dump.

Yeah I wont even go down that road..because I do dump and I dont want to do that! IT sucks!
