5 more days to decimate before Christmas day!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
another protein drink
we haven't planned any meals for today but should be at home for lunch and dinner so will do protein!

Note to self:  stay out of the sweets!

Okay, I have three solid days to get some protein in that isn't covered in carbs and down some massive amounts of water... I need it.  I want to have decarbed as much as possible before I get to Shiner town and there are many more temptations. I seem to hold my own there but with carbs already in my system, it's dangerous.

I have some chicken breast fajitas I will grill after I get home from church and some turkey and ham for lunches.  Just have to have the food available and ready to avoid the fast food stops or easy carb options.

Tonight is a Christmas party at church. Chili on the menu which is fine, but it's the other treats that are going to be tempting.  Hope no one makes what I like!

Good morning!!!

Trying to finish up some baking today and tomorrow...  Hopefully I won't be tempted to sample too much!!!   Not really sure what my plan is today but it will probably be along these lines!

B: Oh yeah
S: Inspire protein shake
L: fish
S: greek yogurt
D: turkey casserole

I have no real plan for today.  We're going to Hailey's restaurant for Sunday Brunch and the food is so fancy, I don't know what I'm going to choose.  They have a flatiron steak and eggs but spending $16 for breakfast is a little above my means.  I'll probably end up with the cinnamon french toast ($9) which sounds yummy but is not WLS friendly.

Will have to see what Clay wants to do foir dinner. No plans at this point.  At least I've taken all my vitamins every day this month and I'm still in my weight range so I guess I'm doing OK.

The last 2 days I haven't really followed a strict plan, and oddly enough my body is not rebelling much.  However I'm not going to bank on that continuing.  I have 5 1/2 more days till I go up to MD and I really would like to go into my vacation strong.  So I'm going to continue pushing lots of protein and low carb until Friday.

Today's plan:

Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar
Out to lunch - Burger w/o bun, omlette, chicken breast - depending on where we go
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Pastrami & cheese roll ups
Spicy beanless chili
Apple w/ splenda & cinnamon

We can all do this!!!
