Decimate December
Today's plan:
lots of liquids including one decaf cinnamon dolce latte from SBUX
protein coffee almost downed
pork loin, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, roll for lunch
ham/cheese ball w/ crackers
no telling what kind of sweet sampling
dinner: whatever when we get home probably unless we grab something in Humble on the way home at Pei Wei or Zio's if my mom wants to.
I'm just being honest!!!! I will get in my liquids and protein and will try not to go too wild.

We have DH's company party tonight at Chabucca's. I've never eaten Brazilian but their website looks like great food. They have grilled shrimp so I know I'll be OK. But just in case I'm going lite for the day.

i would much rather honesty than not. Im doing pretty good here at mom's. Of course im getting the' are you sure you are eating enough, i forget how little you eat!' Weird, but i do eat less here than at LL's, i think mom makes my pouch spasm lol.

I'm still doing ok not grazing to much. I really need to get back to protein shakes as I know my protein intake is not where it needs to be.
And while we are being hones****er and vitamins are just not happening like they should be. A.M. vits get taken MOST of the time and that's it. Iron and calcium just really have flown by the way side.
I am going to get my vits packed this afternoon and set reminders on my phone to take them. This is where I show how hardheaded I can be.....when the Outlook calendar at work pops up I'll reset it (when I'm busy) to go off again in 30 mintues, then I hit it again and again and then finally dismiss it and yep I don't take my vits.

Well let's see what damage I did today...
Breakfast: None
Lunch: 1/2 egg salad sandwich/10 potato chips
Snack: 2 chocolate peanut butter drop cookies
Dinner 1/2 ham/turkey/cheese sub
Snack: 2 mini frozen Milky Ways (one bite each).
Quantity was good, quality not so much. Jeans are still tight, weight is 155.8. Range is 153-156 so I'm at the TOP but I'm in range, lol.
