Decimate December Friday

I think I decimated a lot of snack food at work yesterday.  At least some of it was protein!  Too many sweets and goodies.

Today's plan (not necessarily a good one)
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
another shake at some pt.
Cici's pizza for late lunch when I get off work
don't know for supper yet...we may not want much after pizza

I am happy to report a 2.8 pound loss for the week.  I have so many "eating events" to go to during the holidays so I have been trying to get a handle on things ahead of time.  I have two events tonight  and one tomorrow night.  So far next week, I only have one.  I hope that I can resist most of the temptations. 

Today's plan it to eat as less as possible during the day to help counteract this evening and tonight.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

My plan is not to plan!  This is well evidenced by the fact I just had Snickerdoodle cookies for breakfast.  Needed a carb/sugar wake up call this morning.

Weights is down overall for the week, so I guess something's going right.

I refuse to weigh.  Meals are good,... snacking...not so much.  Come on January!!!!!!!!!

Good morning ladies!    Plan????  Hard to plan when nothing sounds good!  I'm excited to have finally reached my goal and I'm trying really hard to keep my protein up so that I will heal faster... hence all the protein shakes...  Got a few new protein powders yesterday from BE so I'm excited to try them out today.

S: Chai Latte
B: Oh yeah RTD
L: Chili or soup
S: believe protein drink
D: talpia
S: Inspire protein drink

I'm sticking to my plans this week!  Feeling pretty good about being in control and still being satisfied with my choices.  I know my trip will challenge me, but I also know my parents will be 100% supportive and will buy whatever groceries I need to stay on track.  I do still have another week before we leave so I'm planning on continuing on this path and hopefully dropping a bit more before we leave.

Today's plan:

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Lunch - not sure, may be out running around, so maybe a burger patty from someplace
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Fiber plus bar
Red beans & rice w/ sausage
Apple
