Post Surgery Medication Effects???
Im one that needs enough for a Rhino, no matter what the med is. I have gotten pneumonia twice since RNY mainly beceause the meds werent strong enough adn it progressed. sleeping meds are a nightmare for me (no pun intended). Migraine meds... the same.. have to be on a really super high dose on the preventative meds for them to work.. adn same if i have a migraine.

I was just wondering because I find that I have to keep increasing the dosage of my maintenance meds and recently found the same thing with migraine meds. I'm like, "I have to take 4 instead of 2 for it to go away!" Then, I remembered about the absorbing 1/2 and wondered if anyone's doctor had told them this would be the case. Same thing is starting with the adderall.

Im surprised you are just now having that problem.. but sounds just like me. Seriously.. have to take a much larger dose of meds for them to work. Weird how it effects some of us that way and some not
