Decimate December
Another day with access to food outside my office door all day long. Yesterday wasn't too bad. I had some early in the morning...tried to stick w/ protein items mostly and then taco soup w/ 1/2 piece of cornbread for lunch and then just a little of sweets.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
another protein shake at some pt.
chicken enchilada soup for lunch
party food for dinner

Ok, 2 more weeks to hit my goal for this month of getting just below 250. That means I need to drop 4 lbs by the 31st. I'm know that if I chose wisely I CAN do this!!

Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Turkey burger on sandwich thin
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Fiber plus bar
Ground turkey taco w/ FF refried beans
Apple
Lots of warm coffee and tea is in my future today too. I've still got some fluid retention going on, so I really need to continue to push the water to flush that out.

The best thing about not being at work this week is I'm not tempted by all the extra goodies being brought in!!!! Not sure what my plan is today.... going to try and venture out of the house to get my hair done at 11:30 and then depending on how I'm feeling and if we have enough time before my mom and I pick the kids up at school we will stop off at Costco.

yesterday was not the best. I stayed busy and working at home all day. Yep, took a 'sick' day. Headache constitutes sick when you have more to do at home.
Did okay until 5:30 when it was cold and icky and Emm and I were sitting there exhausted and knew that Herberts taco hut is now just blocks away. We were going to celebrate with enchiladas then do some JC Penney and Target shopping. After the enchiladas, it was back home to BUST out of the jeans (both of us) and no shopping at all.
Scale showed my discretion. So it's back to better today. I sure am not making the progress I had hoped.
