Good Morning Karla!
The scales are being nice to me again. I am a true scale addict. Theonly way I can maintain control over my eating is to weigh at least once daily.
Today's plan:
B-coffee and eggs
L-2 weiners
D-IDK...I have a Mardi Gras Gala meeting to attend tonight and I am not sure what will be availabe there. I will try to not over do it.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
B A L A N C E....that's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to alternate one good meal with one not so good. Or if I had too many snacks, make sure my meal itself is healthy. Anyway...
Yesterday:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: (Christmas Lunch at work): ham. turkey, one roll, pecan pie
Dinner: 3 oz sirloin steak, salad with LF ranch
Snack: peanut M&M's (one vending machine pack).
Today's plan: protein drink
Lunch: ??? I'll be out shopping...maybe a $1 burger
Dinner: grilled shrimp and ???
Scale is OK...at the TOP of my 3 lb range but at least I'm back IN RANGE.

So back to lower carb options today:
Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Fiber plus bar
Pork & Sirloin stew
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Pastrami & cheese roll ups
Chicken chow mein & chicken egg roll
Pushing lots of fluids, hot and cold, to get this extra water weight out. I can and will follow through on this!!

Posting a little late today... Trying to start planning again!!!
Maintenance, maintenance.... I have to start changing my way of thinking. I never thought I would hear myself say this but I DO NOT want to lose any more weight!!! This morning I was 156... and that's with still a bit of swelling!!! Any tips for me as I enter this new phase???
Breakfast: Chai Latte
Lunch: Wendy's Chili and Chikfila diet lemonade
Snack: Oh yeah RTD
Dinner: fish and veggie
Snack: Inspire protein shake
