OT - Prayers for my ex mother in law and stromboli

I am asking for prayers for my ex mother in law who is in the hospital in icu and is not looking good...she had sugery a few weeks ago and the antibiotics the gave her made yeast grow in her throat and now she cant talk or eat and she has lost more weight she is probably down to 100 pounds.....she did recognize me when i walked in.....but she cant talk.... they are giving her protien through i.v. and several other things..... i tried really hard not to overstep my boundary since she is my ex mother in law but she was my mother in law for 24 years.....

then i get home and little rudy my son calls and asks where i was cause stromboli (grandson) needed to go to the ER he feel outside and there was a stick sticking out of the ground and cut him in the head....I am so glad kristi is a nurse.... she got the bleeding to stop and after all the blood was cleaned up they decided he didnt need the stitches after all....i told them just to watch him make sure no fever or he hits his head again.....

man what a day......and to top it off I have an interview at 8:30 am tomorrow...... i hope i get this one cause interviewing a few times a week gets old......

Debra, it sounds like you had quite a day!

I will be in prayer for your mother in law. I'm glad your grandbaby is going to be okay.

DEBRA-adding all of you to my prayer board right now.Please update when you can. Your "ex" MIL will ALWAYS be in your life and your heart-you divorced HIM-not HER (that's what MY ex MIL always says!)

  Sweet Debra...sounds like you need a HUG!! I am so sorry to hear about your MIL. My thoughts and prayers are with her. I understand about the "ex MIL" and not overstepping boundaries, but you don't worry about that honey...like you said, she was your mother for a LONG time. Your love for her is forever, regardless.

I am so glad Stromboli did not need stitches...they are so active at this age. I know Ryland kills me with his "NO FEAR" self! Jumping off coffee tables in a single bound.....LOL
