Decimate December
I am not going to even tell yall how badly I snacked today. But I will tell you it was bad enough that I gave away ALL the food in my desk drawers to keep the temptation at bay. I normally do really well, but I think I'm turning to mindless snacking for energy to help with my anemia. Not working. LOL

My day consisted of:
Breakfast: Pure Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Bar
Lunch: 8 piece Chik-Fil-A nuggets
Snack: PURE Chewy Chocolate Chip Protein Bar
Dinner: 1/2 small Wendy's chili w/6 saltine crackers
Tea, tea and more tea.
As I was eating lunch, I remembered back to this time last year, it was all I could do to eat 4 Chik-Fil-A nuggets at a single sitting.
