If the cookies would quit calling out to me it would make me really happy.  At least I won't have any at work with me today!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Click shake
Lean Cuisine for lunch...chicken and spinach something
not sure for dinner yet...will eat protein!

Today's plan:
B-coffee for now maybe eggs later
L-two weiners
D-mustard greens and ribs

yesterday was not the best, but much better.  Scalle is breathing a bit.  Have a ways to go but it feels good to eat better.  I know I was dragging for lack of protein.

today I will do my eggs - Emm wants an omelet

lunch will be protein of turkey and cheese, tomato and pickle. not sure if I will do my sandwich thin.

dinner was going to be the pork roast in the frig IF I get it in the crockpot before time to go.

Love having the extended time in the morning, but I piddle.

I haven't been eating enough lately - so busy at work and on the weekends.... Scale is down, but not in a good way due to poor nutrition....

So, today's plan includes LOTS of protein.   We have our annual Christmas lunch at work and they've catered BBQ - so I'll be eating turkey :) YUM!!! 

Breakfast will be my morning banana and oatmeal

Dinner was supposed to be a pot roast, but haven't had time to cook.  So, I'm not sure what's up for dinner yet.  Probably Subway as I need to hit the grocery store.

Morning all!  I'm going out to Mimi's Cafe for dinner tonight so I've got to figure out what I want to get ahead of time so I can stay on track again today.

Yesterday was good and I'm back down 3.5lbs from yesterday.  Shee****'s a crazy roller coaster with my weight.

Today's plan:

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ salmon, veggies & cheese
Chicken egg rolls
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella stick
Meatballs w/ BBQ sauce
Probably a breakfast option or French onion soup at Mimi's

Morning all
Well all i seem to be Decimating is my hard work these past three years!.  Hopped on the scale and it yelled 'b*tch, you better get the heck off me!' and i dont even have a talking scale!!!
The tight jeans are now REALLLY tight and i have been on a carb fest like you wouldnt believe.  Coudlnt sleep last nite and when i did I promptly woke up with a charley horse from lack of water lately. SO... back on track here. Dont have a plan per se... but.. my semi plan is..

protein first!
Water water water
Protein coffee
and will go from there!

Girl, don't make me come over there!  :)  lol  You know I love ya.  But seriously, girl, you better be taking better care of yourself.  Can I do anything to help?  Nag?  Fuss?  Cheer?  I'm here for ya.

thanks lady... Thankfully. i have snapped it back before i got too outta control! i coudlnt believe i had a charley horse in my thigh! Talk about a wake up call on the caffeine overdose lately!!! wayy too many carbs as well! OYE
So.. back on track for me!!!!

Good morning!!!!  I need a plan.... just kinda winging it right now which is never a good thing!  I'm just in a phase right now where nothing sounds good.... therefore I'm relying on protein shakes and I'm getting tired of those!!!!!

Feeling good today!!!!  Got a surprise when I went to the doc yesterday for my 1 week checkup....  he took out all my drains!!!!!   It feels good to be on the road to recovery!!!

I hear ya.  When I'm cold I just want warm stuff so I'm constantly drinkgin coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and sometimes mixing protein in with those, but food just doesn't sound good.  That makes plannning hard.  If someone just puts a meal in front of me, I'm good.  Otherwise, forget it.  I'm depending on frozen meals, canned turkey chili, and lots of cheese and deli meat.  I swear I'm gonna turn into a smoked turkey!!
