Too Happy 1I am so excited for you and your upcoming surgery!!!  This Friday, right???  I am really going to watch my intake this week, so I don't have screw-ups NEXT week.  My sister sometimes has a tendency to sabotage me (she's the one who was PISSED off at first about my surgery cuz afterwards SHE would be the FAT sister, she's a *****on occasion AND she is the fat sister now)  and I have to really watch it around her. Make sure you let us know how you are doing post-op OK???  Will be thinking about you and waiting for updates!

Yep, Friday is my big day!!  I am so excited about my brachioplasty!!  I may have July update you guys, if I'm in too much pain to type.  But I'm a computer-holic and addicted to OH, so I'm sure I'll mamage to post somehow!!

Can I take the 134.2 from last week and go from there?  Remember it flucuated from 132 something to 134.2.....

Consult Weight:  260.5
Surgery Weight:  239.8
Lowest Weight:  119
Goal Weight:  130
Last week:  134.2
Today:  133.8

Which would give me another loss of:  .4

I'm really not sure what is going on, my eating hasn't been everywhere my choices have been everywhere.  I need to eat more protein, I bet I'm not eating 50 grams a day and my water sucks raw eggs.

Works for me!!!  It is whatever you want it to be!  it was from 132.8 to 134.4  Even though, like I told you I would have split the difference, but the higher one was prolly the most accurate and that was 134.4 (yes, I checked Smack Me) and THAT would give you a loss of .6!  So even better!

I am having the same problem eating enough protein, so I went and bought some new protein bars and have been eating Greek Yogurt (with a bar) for Breakfast and something like Tuna salad (or similar) for lunch.  Dinner is easier, cuz I am home!  But my H2O sucks as well...I don't know HOW to get past that one, I just HATE the water here and I am always forgetting to take the CL stuff with me.
