ALL ABOARD THE SING A SONG SUNDAY WLS EXPRESS.  TODAY WE HAVE A SPECIAL CAR JUST FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SING SOME CHRISTMAS CAROLS.  BRING YOUR HATS AND GLOVES CAUSE ITS AN OPEN CAR AND ITS COLD.  I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN CHRISTMAS CAROLING AND WHAT KIND OF AN EXPERIENCE IT WAS FOR YOU

Good Morning My WLS Family,

I hope everyone had a great time at the party last night.  Cant wait to see lots of pictures.   I had such a fun day yesterday.  Mark and I spent all afternoon shopping.  Well really it was just Best Buy but to us that can end up a full day of shopping.  We both love to wander around that place.  Ended up with a Play Station 3 for Eric, and Another new TV for us for the bedroom.  Came home and I made Hamburger Helper for Mark and Eric and I had me a big ole protein drink.  Not to much going on today.  Going to the early service at church and then home to do some laundry.  We might take Eric to the movies tonight to see Michael Jacksons movie.  Has anyone seen it and was it good?  Eric is fasinated with him and they have actually been studying him in his music clas in school.  Ok I have been Christmas Caroling many times but I think my favorite was a couple of years ago when the Church got a flat bed and we all piled on it and went all around town then back to the fellowship hall for Hot Chocolet and Coffee.  Ok guess that is all from a chilly Dover.  Prayers for all those in need.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys

GOOD MORNING! Yes I grew up Christmas caroling-most of the time we'd take a hayride to get from place to place- mostly elderly shut-ins and they were so happy to see us. Then, as an adult our SS class would go sing to folks but we'd drive since we lived in Irving. No hayrides in the big city unlike where I grew up in the country. I love caroling- would love to do it again sometime.

We had a great time at the Christmas party. Who made the meatballs with the cheese on top? Those were great! Chris had a great time with his sitter, Jeff.

Today Chris is going to a birthday party at one of those jump places. I have to still get a gift card for him to give because I don't know what 13 year old girls like. We figured movie gift card would be a safe bet. We'll get it on the way back from the walk/run. Then I've got to get some baking done. I always bake for the bus drivers and others at Chris's school.

glad you had a good time alissa.  It was a good party.  The meatballs came from Market Street.  Parmassan Meatballs the others were Chitpole meatballs.

WOOOOHOOO for Sundays and testing that is DONE!  LOL  I had to get up at 1:45 on Sunday morning to work AGAIN.... but this time it all went well and that's it until we get to do it again in a couple of years, LOL   We kids sang every chance we got so I'm sure I've been caroling before, but never in an official group or anything... In fact my twin brother still sings, his whole family is part of the choir at the church they attend.... actually when it's time for the choir to sing, practically the entire place gets up on stage....  it's very very redneck but they put a lot of heart and soul into it..... 

Prayers are going up to all that need them!

Good morning.  Ben and I will go to early church and SS this morning, then come back home.  I need to run by Walmart to grab a couple of things on the way home. 

This evening we're going to my sister's for a post A & M tailgate dinner.  It's with people we tailgated with.  I don't know what we're eating.
