Hard to believe we're almost 1/2 way through December. 

Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee...already downing
Click shake or Atkins shake
leftover Fajita beef papa nachos for lunch
baked stuffed chicken breast or tilapia for dinner

What's your plan?

plan for today is LOTS of water - did better yesterday after I got a new water bottle - will work hard today to get it all in

no clue on food - trying to empty out the fridge in the next 3 days
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I am going to attempt to undo all of the damage from the past weekend. I don't have a plan right now and I know that is not good.

Ok I've got a plan for today and 3 weeks to get back down 7lbs.  UGH, I can make it happen, especially if I stay on the lots of water and fiber track.

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ Salmon, veggies & cheese
Turkey burger on sandwich thin w/ cheese
Fiber Plus bar
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Cherokee Casserole & Corn
Apple

Already downed about 32 oz water, waiting on the decaf coffee to brew and I'll be drinking lots of that and more water today.  I'm also going to find at least 2 more times today to take the dogs on longer walks.  I figure if I won't make time for me to exercise I can at least make a concerted effort to get both me and the dogs moving more.

Good morning everyone!!!!!  Plan for today is lots of protein and liquids....   appetite is coming back a bit so hopefully I won't have to rely on drinking my protein shakes as much!!!  

Oh and my big news............................... I am at GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am so shocked.... I really thought that right now my weight would be way up with the swelling and stuff from surgery but it hasn't ended up that way!!!!   Now the hardest part of this journey is about to begin... maintenance!!!!!!  Any suggestions????

Scale is whimpering in pain, so I am going to do my best today.  Breakfast has sucked since I planned to cook at home before we left and Emm informed me that we had to have her at school at 7:30.  Oh well, lunch is baked chicken and some fruit and veggies.  Dinner will be protein heavy.. and I must get those liquids in.  It has been very bad the past, well few weeks.
