He brought me a Pandora bracelet starter set! www.pandoramoa.com/index.php
DH was told about Pandora by a guy he works with whose wife always wants Pandora for gifts. Anyway DH researched, found the nearest Pandora dealer and took me there under the ruse of checking out a new gun shop. You have to understand this is totally out of character for DH! For years we've both picked out our own Christmas gift, something we want and the other doesn't have to worry about returning anything! He had no idea I had recently discovered Pandora myself and loved the whole line.
Long story short, I now have a beautiful silver bracelet with a fish, bubble spacer, blue glass bead and 1 clip, all picked out by my fabulous DH, which makes them that much more special!
In my former life I rewarded myself with food. Even when dieting if I'd lost well that week I'd celebrate by eating something I shouldn't....after all I'd done so good! Sound familiar?!?! I've been searching for something tangible I could do for myself other than spa days, pedicures, etc. I now have the perfect reward...new beads! Something I can see and remember why I got it.

NICE!! I get tangables plus pedis sometimes - there is something about looking at an object and going I got this b/c I worked my @ss off to earn it. modivates you to do better each time

That is too sweet Dee. My hubby always lets me get my own gift too since I am so picky and his idea of jewelry is NOT mine. LOL He buys BIG stuff and I look rediculious in BIG stuff !!! I will probably get a "new" gym membership for Christmas this year that I will buy after the holiday when everyone will put "can't pass up" specials on. Have a merry Christmas !!!
