OK, I'm not nearly as good as most of you but so far my labs are perfect.

Each morning:
1000 mcg B-12 (sublingual)
1 multivitamin (centrum complete)
2 calcium citrate (Citracal Petites=800 mg calcium+1000mg Vit D)
1 zinc
1 Vitamin C (chewable)
1 Super B Complex
1 Prilosec acid blocker

I take no afternoon or evening meds, only in the morning.

I don't take iron cuz I had a hyst years ago and so far my iron levels have been perfect.  I also know I'm not taking enough calcium but again my levels are perfect and my bone density test was normal.  So I will continue to let my labs determine what I need.

well my vits are kinda like Debbi's... i take a lot, however, it all has to do with what MY body needs, and most of it i have been taking since i was 11, and not having to do with surgery.

I dont absorb calcium  as most women do and severe osteoperosis runs in my family so per docs orders, i take a buttload of calcium and D.
Also, i dont absorb the B's either (again, having NOTHING to do wiht surgery) so i have to take the Super B 3x's a day along with an additional
B-1,
B-12 sublingual at i think 2,500mg (dont have it in front of me as im not at home)
Biotin at 2,500 3x a day.

Now, again, please note, these are all genetic issues that I have. My mom and sister, neither of which are WLS patients follow these guidelines as well.
I also take the chewable multi 3 times a day,
iron at night
folic acid at night.
Occasionally potassium depending how my labs are.

I think thats all lol.
Along with Steph, i depend on my labs as my guide! I get them done every 3 months as i have specific issues related to how i absorb meds and vits. I do NOT absorb meds and vits well at all!!! It was an issue before i even had surgery and WLS just made it worse. Thankfully i have docs that realize this and work with me. So please, do NOT use me as your guide lol. However, i strongly suggest having your labs done!!!

This is basically what was suggested as starter vitamins by my Dr. He lowered my Iron when I started having such constipation issues. I added the Magnesium Oxide per suggestions here in OH and he didn't object. I also added the B-50 because you can't have to much B anything! I just had my PCP run labs, mainly because I wanted a starting point, and everything came back just fine.
