Decimate December
I did pretty good yesterday. I ate some bread which I don't do that often. I was down another lb, which i needed to be. Had put on a few.
I'm back in a more comfortable wt. zone for me.
Today's plan: not really a good one...not sure what we're eating today.
lots of liquids
protein coffee downed
Click or another protein drink
have no idea what I'm eating today, but will try to get in plenty of protein!

Morning Karla - I'm planning the first part of my day but not the party time. I will focus on only eating when I'm really hungry tonight and going for protein first, but I am going to give myself permission to not be a nazi about food tonight.
Today's partial plan:
Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ turkey ham, veggies & cheese
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella stick
The rest will be protein choices and other stuff in moderation. I will be pushing lots of fluid again. I'm down 2 1/2 of the 5 lbs I went up and I'd like to see the rest gone soon too.
