Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
beef-veggie soup for lunch
haven't decided on dinner yet since I have to go to store after work

Hey Karla!  Doing good, my body is being predictible and is up 5 lbs in two days.  Sure wi**** wasn't that way, but it's a regular thing for me so at least I'm not freaking out about it.  I will be pushing lots of fluid today to try to get rid of it again.

Plan for the day:

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Turkey burger on sandwhich thin
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella stick
Steak & grilled meat stew

I'm here!!  I've been good the past couple days and as of yesterday I was down 2 of the 5 lbs I gained.  I didn't weigh this morning-the bathroom was too cold.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: london broil and salad with LF ranch
Dinner:  Grilled Porkchops, applesauce, 1/4 cup mac and cheese??

ok, I am taking this as a chance to get back on track.  Since I will be home for several days I am starting with a back to the basics and getting in increased proteins.  So for today I will aim for 100 grams  of protein supplements as the increased protein helps you heal.  We will see if this helps kick the carb monster to the curb!

You know, I can't really complain, but I'm holding on to a few stubborn pounds...  Good news is I got back on the exercise bandwagon and worked out this week.   Was off for nearly 5 weeks with injured back and then traveling last week....

Back to basics.... Trying to choke down a protein drink a few days a week - I really hate them!!

Beyond that, getting lots of fresh veggies on board, but I am soooo not a cold weather kind of gal.

Weekend plans look good and active so hopefully the scale will reflect that!

Today was good but I'm falling short for the day. I bet an extra chai tea will fix it!

Breakfast....chai tea
Lunch...ham/cream cheese roll up, few carrot and broccoli sticks w/fage/ranch dip...we picnic'd in the car!
Dinner...1/2 grilled ham and cheese, 1/4c chili...edit: just a few spoons of chili!
