I wanted to share. I reached 174 today and that means for the first time in my memory I am categorized as overweight and not obese. I am so grateful to this tool and how it's changed my life.

On the other hand I have an internal hernia - but Dr. Garth is going to fix that tomorrow so I'm thankful for that.
