That my DH made it thru quadruple heart bypass surgery yesterday and is doing good so far!

Grateful today that I am finally beginning to feel normal again and some of the soreness of my surgery monday is going away.
Grateful that the gallbladder is out and not going to give me anymore grief !!!
Grateful for my WLS, health and my life
Grateful for Support groups that are SO very important to us
Grateful for Obesity Help and all the friends that I have made and met here.
