Did well yesterday staying on track.  It's easy when you don't have time to eat anything extra!

Plans for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee downed
Click shake
McD's SF vanilla iced coffee
Baked potato soup for lunch
beef veggie soup or baked tilapia for dinner
