Aah, Karen, I'm praying that all goes well for you.  You'd make a wonderful care giver to your grandchildren!  I can't see them not letting you have them.

Woo Hoo Wednesday means that I'm just glad that it's Wednesday!  I got  a lot done yesterday.  Well, for me anyway, not for Danni!  LOL!  I finished the invites to parents party and got them mailed, mailed my letter to the VA, another to the State of Texas to dispute taxes imposed, and mailed a birthday package to my BFF in Florida!  I feel like I accomplished alot!

Now I just have to get into the shower and get ready for work.  I've been reading a book that the Dr. recommended and it's interesting.  It's about PTSD and ways to heal.  If you know anyone with this, you should read this book.  It'll help you understand what's going on in their world!

Well, better get into the shower and get going!  Y'all have a great day!  Love ya!!

Feeling congested and gross again this morning.  On top of that I had bad dreams last night that kept me up so I feel tired too.

I had a great weekend and I've got an excellent one coming up...but I feel awful and I'm just having a little trouble getting my woohoo on this morning.

I hope everyone has a great day and I'm hoping mine gets better.

Good Morning Family! WooHoo! Got my cuppa Chai Tea Latte and it is yummy! Had a boiled egg and about to have another. Gonna strive for protein todday and stay away from grease after my dumping episode from Hell yesterday!

Got an assignment to do which  I will prolly do here at work. My boss is cool. Since I can't get Educational Release for online courses, she says if I need to work on something here, then go ahead!

Hope everyone is having a great day so far and that it continues to get even better!! i am so positive today that my face hurts from smiling!! LOL Partly because I sat in the parking lot and sang You're  a Mean One Mrs. Grinch to Negative Nellies car!!  Then when I came in the door I said Mrs. Griiiiiinch! She looked at me, scowled and said huh???? I said never mind, I'm just singing. She said whatever!! She ain't raining on my sunshine today!!!

Hugz and prayers to all that need them!!!

Good morning Train Riders!  I'm sipping decaf coffee for the moment since it was already made and it's COLD out there!  The dogs did their business in an amazingly short time, go figure.  My Woohoo today is that Jeff and I have been married for 3 years today!  My life has changed in more ways than I can count, and I'm so grateful that God has blessed us with love, life and health.  We're going to spend a nice quiet evening together tonight and may go out looking at Christmas lights after dinner.

Yesterday I was pretty busy with little fires at work and then a 2 hr Town Hall meeting.  I'm afraid that I won't be eligible for any of the bonuses this year because of paperwork screw ups, but I'm happy that I've got a job so I'm not going to worry about it.  After work I went and shipped a gift to my parents for Christmas.  It's a game called washers and cost me $55 to ship it!  Sheesh, shipping solid wood is expensive!  I did make up for that by going to Kohl's and getting a jar candle and socks for free.  LOL, they sent out a $10 discount on $10 or more, so I spent $10 exactly.  I love making those promotions work for me!

I finished off the day with a meeting at church with the women's planning team.  We have one of our large events on Sunday so we needed to wrap up a few things.  My MIL and I are decorating a table for it together, and some of my friends are coming so I'm really looking forward to it.

Have a beautiful, peaceful day today!

Good morning all,

I don't feel the greatest today but trying to push past it.  I had another great interview yesterday so now just waiting to see if someone calls me back with an offer.  I didn't make the cut on the Southwest Airlines job.  I'm going to check out their website for other jobs though.  They would be a great company to work for.  The interview yesterday was a pretty long drive in the wrong direction but they seemed to have a lot of room for growth.  Right now, I would just feel better with at least an offer.

Saying prayers for everyone.  Have a great day.

Good morning!!!!  It's good to be home and know that I'm on the road to recovery.  I got on the scale this morning  just out of curiosity and it said 169.... not nearly as bad as I thought it might be... my face, hands and feet are a bit puffy but it's hard to tell how swollen I am under my garment.   He said I could start showering and change my garment as soon as I felt up to it.... maybe tomorrow.   I'm afraid if I get the garment off I won't be able to get the other one on!!! I go back and see him on Friday and I'm hoping he will take the breast drains out then.  They don't seem to be draining much anyway.

Okay so for all those veterans out there... at what point could you walk upright and start feeling human again?????

Prayers going out for all who need them and to Donna who is having foot surgery tomorrow.... I wish I could be there for her!!!  She's the best babysitter out there!

Paige with my tummy tuck I wasn't allowed to walk upright for 2 weeks.  I thought with a LBL it was different.  Someone told me they didn't walk bent over at all.
