Today's plan for me:
protein coffee...being downed
lots of liquids
chef salad for lunch
Atkins shake
McD's sf iced coffee
Beef/vegetable stew and cornbread for dinner

I had a horrible day yesterday but today is a new day.  The good thing about yesterday is I did not have much of an appetite. I  don't think I ate 500 calories. 

Today's plan:
I will NOT allow ANYONE to steal my joy!

Hey Karla!!  So far so good for December.  I was down to 251 this morning and am very happy to see that.  I've set a very modest goal of getting at least just under 250 this month so that definitely feels doable.

Not much variety on my menu today, I've got leftovers to use up so that's the plan.

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Sloppy joe filling & corn
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Pastrami & cheese roll ups
BBQ Shredded chicken & corn
Fiber Plus bar

My December apparently sucks so far...I made the mistake of weighing this morning and I'm up FIVE POUNDS!!  How did this happen?  I really don't think I've been that bad.  I guess it's time to really start logging and planning my food again.  I've been doing my protein drinks most days and portions have been good.  I have sampled a few more sweets than normal but not 5 pounds worth!!  Oh well-it certainly scared the crap out of me so today I will go to the store and buy what I need to be successful and get back on track.  The rest of that Costco apple pie is going into the trash.
