Terrific Tuesday WLS Express

Good Morning my TMB Family,

I have never conducted the train before and I am usually up so today is the day that I thought I would be your conductor.....there is a first time for everything right? All aboard...

I would much rather be asleep because I am not on the "early shift" this week but I guess my mind/body is telling me that I am.  My eyes opened at 3:30 as if I had to be to work for 4:30 this morning.  I tried to go back to sleep but I could not.

I had a horrible Monday so today can't be anything but TERRIFIC.  Why must people attempt to get inside your head?  I am not easily angered but yesterday I was somewhat livid.  I had to calm down and remember to not allow anyone to steal my joy. 

I have a "party with a purpose" to attend tonight and I am excited to bring toys for a deserving child.  People usually tend to buy for girls and not enough for the boys. I am the parent of two sons so I guess I am partial...LOL.  We were told to buy only one gift but I bought a skate board and a train set.  I hope it will brighten the recipient's face.

We were talking yesterday about songs from our childhood and I turned on the radio yesterday and The Muppets 12 days of Christmas came on and I just laughed and laughed and sang along. We had the tape growing up and we thought it was SO funny and would play it over and over again. That and when they sang We Wish You a Merry Christmas- when they get to the now bring us some figgy pudding and Miss Piggy thought they said piggy pudding. Good times!

Good Morning Faith and the rest of my TMB Family,

How nice it is to see someone new taking controll of the train.  Your doing a great job Faith.   Keep up the good work.  Not to much going on here.  Mark and I went out last night and got my script filled, and went to Bob Evens to eat.  Never been there before but it was good and we will for sure go there again.  Today will be a quiet one I think.  I am going to wrap a few things, and get stuff under the tree.  Dont have any gifts for Eric yet but we are going next week to do that.  It's cold here again but I think I am going to dress warm and brave the cold so I can go and walk. (as long as my hips and back hold ot inthe cold)  I could go to the gym but like I have said many times before I would much rather walk.  Lord knows I need to something.  Ok gues that is all from my world.  Prayers this morning for Viv, Eric and Jenny.  Dana special prayers for you this morning as you go and deal with your sons school.  Just keep pushing untill they do something for him!  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.

Good Morning Michelle...yea I thought that I would try on the hat for today and see how it felt and maybe just maybe I would like to drive every now and again.

well my last day in denver and i head home this evening. have really enjoyed my mini vaca but boy have i over indulged in the carbs! need to get on the scale when i get home and hit the protein shakes for a few days to de carb myself!!! Luckily i have the 'reset' button and can get back on track easily before i do any major damage!
Have really enjoyed the snow here but was bummed i didnt get to hook up with Kathy B on sunday!!! It had been snowing all night and day and the roads were just to messy to risk it. Will hit the ground running job wise when i get home.
