Paige just had her second surgery with Dr. kyle Gordley in the Woodlands. That is who I will be using soon as well! May be too far north for you though.....she had her surgery off 1960 though

I just had a LBL, BL with implants with Dr. Lomonaco, and he is the only doctor I would go to. I would just say that whomever you get, don't cut any corners.
