cheese and fiber crackers or cleery and ranch
pizza (homemade) with salad - mesurring the ranch
shake with fruit
that is it!! I have reset my "range" to reflect the weight I got down to in Nov - so I am now aproaching the top of that new range and it's time to take charge agian - as long as nothing extra goes in my mouth I am ok - it's that first non messured non listed bite that opens the flood gates
so what is your plan today? how was yesterday? make good choices - this is our LIFE not a diet

had a half a sandwich with the kids instead of the fiber bar
planned cheese and fiber crackers - had cheese and pear - Rach ate half so then I had celery with lf ranch
dinner turned into brocolli chicken bake - I din't like it so ate a half a cup brocolii cheader soup and half a cup chili
still planning on a shake with fruit tonight before bed but I'm pretty full right now - however kids go to bed in 2 to 3 hours and then I have a good 2 hours of school so I don't see me NOT eating for 4-5 hours LOL
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
snack food in SS for brunch
protein drink for lunch
going out for dinner in Lufkin with family...don't know where

I'm with ya Karla...Costco got me...lattice apple pie-need i say more? I was good yesterday and stuck to my plan until I went shopping hungry. I had a protein drink for breakfast, an Arby's roast beef with mustard for lunch and one slice of cheese pizza for dinner. THEN I had TWO small pieces of apple pie before bedtime. Lord knows I was so sleepy I couldn't keep my eyes open but I didn't officially dump. I've learned if you eat 2 small pieces spread out vs one big piece, you won't dump. Bad lesson to learn for sure.
Have no plan for today as of yet. I did start my day by taking all my vitamins and drinking a protein drink so at least I'm starting off good. I'll have to see what Clay has in mind for dinner tonight.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Last night I wanted hot chocolate and I can do a little 2% milk. I wanted it creamier than water, OMG I didn't look at the milk BLANE bought, it's whole milk. Needless to say I had to go to bed after, I had stomach cramps and nausea from down under. Blech!

Lunch....1/4c James Coney Island chili, no beans
Afternoon snack....White chocolate/Fage yogurt with cherry topping,maybe some Go Lean sprinkles for crunch.
Dinner....taco soup
