Hit my GOAL Weight Today !
WOO HOO !!!!
I am about a week shy of being 17 months out and today I saw 145.8 on my bathroom scale. I have been sitting at 146.2 as my lowest and this morning it bounced between 146.0 and 145.8 and settled in at 145.8. Now *some* people might challenge 145.8 is *not* 145 but I don't care - I AM CLAIMING IT !!!!! before it goes back to the 146's he he
Here is my weekly weight graph for this who are interested. I weigh every morning, but I only logged it into my spreadsheet once a week. I never really stalled out but I didn't have any barn-burner weeks, either. The last 10 took 4 months but that was ok by me. The blue line was my goal and I was well under for a long time - I think it was set at 1.5 pounds a week - I ended up averaging about 2 pounds a week for the first 42 weeks.
My BMI is not in the "normal" range but it is close and I am happy with the way I look and feel. Thank-you guys for all your support and advice - I never would have made it without you! I hope I can pay it forward.
I am treating myself to a new outfit next week. Unfortunately I have a funeral to go to, but I want to look my best as there will be many people there I haven't seen in a long time whom I worked with over the past 20 years. The funny thing is a lot of them never saw me fat so I will only look older, as I am the same size now as I was when I hired on with the company at age 28. But at least I don't have to attend wearing my fat suit and have everybody shaking their heads behind my back at how I "let myself go". Instead I want them thinking - "Wow - Sarah looks good!"
