I'm not sure what I'm decimating...but here goes to another day!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
one more protein drink...dr's orders to get protein levels above minimum
baked potato soup for lunch
beef vegetable stew for dinner and cornbread

What's your plan?

I have no plans again for today.  I NEED to start planning again.  I made beef stew yesterday and changed it up and it sucked.  The dogs however loved it.  They had some of the leftovers for breakfast this morning.

I haven't weighed in several days cuz it's too cold in the morning to get NEKKID and step on the scale so I'm just trusting that I'm maintaining.  Actually, I'm thinkiing of pizza tonight cuz it's been months since I treated myself to some.  I guess that means I have to be VERY good for my other 2 meals today.

Not sure what my plan for today is... I have so much running around to do and then a Bunko party tonight.  Going to try and make good choices but not going to stress too much about it this weekend....  I'm stressed out enough about Monday!!!

OK confession time :(.  I'm not hungry during the day, I want to graze on crap at night.  I KNOW I'm not getting in near enough protein right now.  I tried to drink a shake yesterday and it was too sweet, (IDK why cuz sweet crap I want and I'm doing). 

Water intake is huh not even worth talking about......enough said.

I need to plan, I know that's the right thing to do I'm just to lazy to do it.  The scale is being VERY kind.....strange I know that because I sure  haven't made the choices that should make it kind.

No plan today either, I do plan on cooking a pot of chili later on though, this is the perfect weather for it with a dollop of cheese and sour cream :).

well im decimating all my good efforts thats for sure!!! UGH lol.  well i kno what to do so back to it for me!

no plan - trying for decent eating - just not into it right now like I should be - scale is still under my old (pre nov) low so I am ok - setting a new range of 205-210, down from 210-215 so we will see how I do - if I come home and have to blast away at being super strict for a while after Cmas then so be it - I CAN get to 205 so I SHOULD
