Decimate December
I ate some Christmas cookies that I shouldn't have yesterday. Should never have touched one of them!
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
at least one more protein drink
leftover chicken wraps for lunch
haven't decided on dinner...may make homemade soup

My FOOD day was the usual, except for dinner AGAIN. I tried to eat 'bad' but got a few bites and I was done. Had a really bad egg roll and some rice and my stummy said no way. Munched on pecans and cashews instead.
Scale is actually down 2 pounds from yesterday. Seems stress is good for one thing. Sure helps to not need laxatives for any reason! lol Course I'd much rather need them.

Good morning! Yesterday I went a bit off track because I chose to get some sesame sticks at Sprouts and those really are a trigger for me. One of these days I'll leave Sprouts without them, sigh. Not too bad though, and I'm only up 1 lb, which could also be a lack or water or my normal weird body fluctuations.

Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Turkey burger on sandwich thin bread
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Pastrami & cheese roll ups
Sesame Seed Citrus Sirloin & veggies
Apple
Drinking lots of decaf coffee today, and Earl Grey due to the cold, but I will make a concerted effort to get my 150+ oz of water.
